Photography Adventure: Sandhill Cranes

There are times in your life when you pause, look around you, and are spellbound by the beauty that surrounds you. Wildlife photography fosters just such occasions. In November each year, wildlife photographers, birdwatchers, and Sandhill Cranes descended upon Northern Indiana. Each evening the cranes congragate in a field in the Jasper-Pulaski fish and wildlife area. They socialize and dance while raising a fantastic rucous noise before heading back out to their various roosting marshes.
